PME3 are mechanically operated hydraulic pumps with pedal control. Typical application for this type of pumps is in the building of emergency circuits inside hydraulic systems. The PME foot pumps are of the single pumping type: the pressure is generated that is only with the downward movement of the longer pedal. A second, shorter pedal is the unloading or by-pass pedal. A 1.5 liter steel tank is integrated into the pump. PME3 pumps have a fixed displacement of 14 cm3 (0,85 in3). The maximum working pressure is 220 bar (3190 PSI).
