In applications where the hydraulic actuator can suffer shocks or other accidental events with consequent sudden pressure peaks, the DCL shockproof valves limit the damages to the actuator itself and to the hydraulic system. A typical application of these valves is on the extensions of a telescopic cylinder or on hydraulic motors that drive rotating parts. Depending on the chosen size, the DCL valves can work with flow rates up to 40 lpm (10.6 gpm) and operating pressures up to 350 bar (5075 PSI) . Thanks to the flanged ports the DCL shockproof valves can be installed directly on the actuator reducing the hysteresis. The body and other external components are made of steel and protected from corrosion by galvanizing.
